Artificial grass is one of the things Wilsonjones Landscapes is known for: the look of a lawn without the mowing, and a surface that stands up to children, dogs and a Cheshire winter. It only works if the ground underneath is right — excavation, sub-base, weed membrane, joins and edge fixing all decide whether it stays flat and drains. Where a real lawn is the better answer, turf goes down on prepared, levelled ground instead.
